Call Forwarding on iPhone
Forward calls to Puhebotti directly from iOS Settings. Works with all Finnish carriers.
You need Puhebotti's service number before activating call forwarding. You'll receive it during onboarding or by contacting customer service: 041 400 0700 or [email protected]
Set up call forwarding from iPhone Settings
The easiest method on iPhone is through the Settings app:
iPhone (iOS)
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and tap Phone
- Tap Call Forwarding
- Toggle Call Forwarding on
- Tap Forward To and enter Puhebotti's service number
- Go back — iPhone saves the setting automatically
- Test by calling your number from another phone
Set up with a short code on iPhone
You can also use short codes directly from the Phone app's keypad. This works if the Settings menu option is unavailable due to your carrier.
Forward all calls: **21*NUMBER#
Forward when unanswered: **61*NUMBER#
Forward when line is busy: **67*NUMBER#
Forward when unreachable: **62*NUMBER#
Replace NUMBER with Puhebotti's service number. Open the Phone app, go to the keypad, dial the code and press the call button.
Deactivate call forwarding on iPhone
Go back to Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding and toggle it off. Or dial:
Remove all forwarding: ##002#
Is forwarding active?
Check by dialling *#21# on your phone. You can also ask someone to call your number — Puhebotti should answer immediately.
