The Smart answering plan includes 120 minutes of call time per month. If your calls exceed that, additional minutes are charged at 0.29 €/min + VAT. Overage is shown clearly on your invoice.

Yes, a dedicated phone number and activation fee are included in the price (normally 89.90 €) in both the Answering and Smart Answering plans. Call forwarding also works with both plans, so you can use your existing number if you prefer.
