The idea started with elderly people
It all started with a simple thought: what if a phone could answer and help around the clock, without queuing or rush? The original idea was to develop a service for elderly people who could get support and assistance over the phone at any time.
As development progressed, we quickly realised the same technology would solve a much broader problem. Finnish businesses lose customers every day to unanswered calls. Opening hours are limited, staff are busy, and the phone rings to an empty office.
The focus shifted. Puhebotti was born.
Today Puhebotti serves businesses operating in Finland around the clock, has real conversations with customers in Finnish, Swedish, and English, and ensures that every call gets an answer. A helping hand, for when you can't pick up.
