Call Forwarding on Android
Forward calls to Puhebotti from Android settings. Instructions for Samsung, Huawei and other Android devices.
You need Puhebotti's service number before activating call forwarding. You'll receive it during onboarding or by contacting customer service: 041 400 0700 or [email protected]
Call forwarding on Android
On Android phones, call forwarding is found in the Phone app settings. The menu structure varies slightly by manufacturer — follow the instructions for your device below.
General (Android)
- Open the Phone app
- Tap the menu icon (⋮ or ☰)
- Select Settings → Call settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Choose when to forward: always, when unanswered, when busy, or when unreachable
- Enter Puhebotti's service number and save
Samsung
- Open the Phone app
- Tap the three dots (⋮) → Settings
- Select Supplementary services or More settings
- Tap Call forwarding
- Choose the forwarding type and enter Puhebotti's service number
Huawei
- Open the Phone app
- Tap the menu → Settings
- Select Call forwarding
- Choose the SIM card if prompted
- Select the forwarding type, enter Puhebotti's service number and save
Set up with a short code
If the settings menu is hard to find, dial the code directly from the Phone app's keypad and press call:
Forward all calls: **21*NUMBER#
Forward when unanswered: **61*NUMBER#
Forward when line is busy: **67*NUMBER#
Forward when unreachable: **62*NUMBER#
Deactivate call forwarding
Go back to the same menu and remove the setting, or dial:
Remove all forwarding: ##002#
Is forwarding active?
Check by dialling *#21# on your phone. You can also ask someone to call your number — Puhebotti should answer immediately.
