Carrier customer service numbers
If call forwarding or removing voicemail doesn't work with the short code, you can contact the carrier directly.
When should I call the carrier?
In most cases, you can activate call forwarding yourself with a short code, no need to contact the carrier. Get in touch with the carrier if:
- The short code doesn't work or returns an error
- Voicemail won't turn off with the short code
- Call forwarding doesn't activate correctly despite several attempts
